Prior to joining Seek, Ross was the CFO of two startups; an early-stage fintech company and a series A built environment company, where he advised the founders and management on fundraising alongside designing and executing their financial strategy.

Preceding that, Ross was a part of the founding team and COO of a London-based multi-family office where he took the company from a business plan to a fully regulated operating business.

Ross started his career working with Morgan Stanley in London where he spent 8 years working across both the global capital markets and institutional equities departments. During this time Ross structured and traded a range of derivatives helping institutional and UHNW clients hedge, monetise, finance and exit their equity stakes.
